Finding Meaning in Transition: An Experiential Workshop on the Process of Change
I see my path, but I don’t know where it leads. Not knowing where I’m going is what inspires me to travel. Rosalia de Castro
This program is offered as a ½ day or full day workshop to clients of service organizations who are experiencing change due to work, health or personal issues. Individuals may have recently relocated, changed jobs or careers, are moving on after the loss of a loved one, living with serious illness, or coping with the challenges of aging parents. As a complementary learning experience, participants will gain an understanding of their transition process as it relates to their specific challenges. Participants will explore together what it means to travel the cycle of change and leave with tools that promote greater understanding, a plan for action, and overall confidence.
Finding Meaning in Transition workshops are customized to suit the needs of specific organizations and can be delivered virtually or on site.
